Jed and his team were exceptionally responsive as well as consultative. When Jed wasn’t able to answer my call, he always called me back shortly thereafter. Stained concrete was new to us but we didn’t know exactly what to expect. Jed was patient and understanding of our newness to the flooring experience. The finished product is wonderful and we absolutely love the work his team did. They showed up when they said they would. I can’t say how valuable the consultative nature of Jed‘s practice is when before, during, and after the flooring. Thanks!
